Tnlley, administrator of the children of John Starke, dcce:scd, haviog in bis hands the sum of 85,000 belonging to said obildren, invested the same, in tho year 1863, during the progresa of the late vrar, in Confedérate bonds. Judge Chas decides tliat tho investment oom plaiued of is inoperative, and orders an account by the defendant with the cotnpliiinauts, and the payment of sach a sum as may bo fuund.
