In the Second District returüs are agabst lift, late Deraocratio ncumhont, aud in favor of Whitely Republican. The Legislatura will be largely Democralio. Both the Kepublicans and Demoerats chargo fraud in the election. Atlanta, Dec. 27. The Itadiojils concede that Georgia has gona Democratio by 35,000 to 40 - 000.
