The Present French Government

In the Frenoh National Assembly, at Bordeaux, on the 17tb, M. Tuiers was elected Chief Exboutive of the Repub lic, pending the decisión of Franco upon definitiva institutions, with power to ohooae bis Connoil. Io the Assembly to-day the formation of a new mhiistry was announced as fol lows: Jules Dufaure, Minister of Justioe. Jules Favre, Minister of Foreign Affairs. Ernest Pioard, Minister of the Interior. Jules BimoD, Minister of JPublio Instruction. Felix Lambrecht, Minister of Gommerce. General Le Fio, Minister of War. Admiral Potthuan, Minister of the Marine. The Minister of Finanoe was not named, though it ia understood he has been appoioted, and bis name will be made public as soou as he arrivés in Bordeaux. M. Thiera will undertake the duties of no special ministry, that be may tbe better apply üimself to the súperintendence of uffairs in general.
