3 y our exchanges we observo that entire Liberty tickets have been formed for all the State and County oflices, tobe filled at the next election, in Indiana, A!leghany, Mercer, Armstrong, Benver, Butler, West moreland, Washington, Fayelte. Groene, Crnwford, Ene and Yenango counties. - Thirteen of the sixteen counties lying West of the Allegany mountains in Pennsylvaniii are thus completely orgnnized; several of them heve now for the first time formed Liberty tickets. Five years ngo several of the counties which we have named began by gjving five or six votes; they now bring five or six hundred to the polls, and wil] soon afford as many thousands.
