Sixleen wero diseharged daling the nionth, against twouty-ouo during the month of Janunry, as follows : Edward Newsom, George Baker, Major L Smith, Luther J. Pratt, John Douglass, Thomas Keough, Henry Ed. McClellan, Thomas E. Winters, Eiiimet Hall, Jaseph Miller, Augustus DeSnapp, EdvranJ H. Benedict, Thomas Gannon, CUarlos Slawson, Lorenzo P. Cole, George Givana. Toranco Bresnahan was pardoned, and James II. Allen committed suicide. Thoro ()81 conviets now in prison, against C23 at tho beginning of tho month.
