The Cincinuatti Commercial, in a rocent issue, said : " Zauk. Chandler is a VGry Hanguin.iry person. Ho tliirstod for the sprinkling of blood before tho war commenccd, and languishes now because the Govornmont does not hang or shoot two or three huiidred unrepeutant rebels. We presumo he did it, but we do not now recall the exact poriod of tho war when Chandler shed his own or anybody else's Rore, though it wts a first-cluss opportunitv for blood-letting."
