The ten members of the committee of sixty who removed the press of C. M. Clny, and were tried for a not, were acquitted. The defendantsasked the Court to nstruct the Jury as follows: "That if the Jury believe the True Amerfcan presa a public nuisance, anc couldnot exist in i is present locntion anc condition, witliout being a nuisance, the defendnnta were justifiable in abaling )& This instraction the Court gave, when without hesitation, the jury gáve a verdic of not guilty.
