No More OERS ON FBBICfHT Trains.- The Superintendent of tlia M. C. K. E. has iasued a circular stating that on and after Monday, July 14th, passengere will not be carried on any freight train on the main line or air line, except Buoh trains designated as "Way Freights" on tho working time tables of this oompany. Way freights will not stop to reeoive or let off passengers at stations where tickets are not sold. Agents will open their offices to sell tickets tor way freight trains tho same as for passenger trains, and will takecare to iuform passengen of tuis order, to prevent, as far as possilile, ineouvoniunco on the part of the public. Conductors oi way freight trains must examino their way care únmediately beforo starting, and not pertnit any passangers to ride upon tlieir trains excejit such as are provided with tickets. Conductors of all other freight trains not designated as way freight are forbidden to earry passongors on theij trains, except drovers accompanyiög tbeir stook, and employés of the compuny, all of wliom must be provided with proper passes.
