Several of the outside city railway ticket offices have recently made oonsiderable reductions in the price of tickets to prominent points in the West. The fare to Cleveland is thus reduced from $14.25 to $12.50; to Chicago, from $22 to $19.50, and to Cincinnati, from $20 to 18. None of the regular Broadway offices have been authorized to make the reduction, but they will probably be qompelled to do so.
