Died

In the city of New York, on the 10th of Sept. last, of brain fever, Cora M., daughter of Dr. D. B. and Sarah Jane Kellogg, of this city, aged 6 months and 7 days.

I gazed upoii a lovoly babe, When fltretehod upon a bier ; But thoiigh I loved it tenderlv, I could íiot shed a tear. For death was all too beautiful Upon her polished blow ; A smile seemeu ptaying round her lips, Methinks I see it now.

At the residence of her son-in-law, Frank Howard, on the 8th inst., Bridget Smith, in the 71st year of her age. Funeral from the residence of Mr. Howard, No. 5 Lawrence street, to-day (Friday), at 10 o'clock A. M. Friends of the family are invited to attend.
