It is expected that brief addresses will be given by Hon. Oeorge Willard, Hon. G. V. N. Lothrop, Hou. D. Buthune Duflield, President Gilman, of the University of California, and President White, of Cornell TJniversity. The exercises will begin at 7 1-2 o'olock. The public are invited to attend.
