Let ua on that day, in our respective places of public worship, and in our honifs, remember with fjratitude, 1liat all our blessings are the gift of God. Our minfortunes only are-our own. Let U8, by acts of cliarity to His sufferiiitf ohildren at home and in sister States, show that our gratitude is ot the heart, earncst end sincere. " Reject not the guppliwtion of the afflicted ; neither turn away tliy face froni a poor inaii." Given under ray hand and the üreat Seal of the State, at LansinKi this lst day of November, in the year of our [L.
