Eeal Estáte for Sale. STATE OF MICHIGAN, county of Washtenaw, ss. In the matter of the estáte oí Susan H. Welles, minor. IsTotice is hereby given, that m purauance of an order granted to the uuderjigned, Guardian of the estáte of said minor, by the Hon. Judge of Probate for the county of Washtenaw, on the eighth day of December, A. D. 1873, there will be sold at public vendue, to the highest bidder, at the south door of the Court House in the city of Aun Arbor, in the couuty of Washtenaw, in said State, on Wednesday, the twenty-eighth day of January, A. D. 1874, at ten o'clocic in the forenoon of that day (subject to all encumbrances by mortgage or otherwise existing at the time of the sale), all the right, title and interest of said minor, it being the equul undivided one-fourth of the fullowing deBcribed real estáte, to wit : All that certmn piece or parcel of land sitúate and being in the city Ann Arbor, in the State of Michigan, bouuded and described as follows, viz : Uommeucing at a point on the eaat side of División street one hundred and cighty-three (183) feet north of the center of Huron street, thence north on the east line of División street one hundred and scventy-nine (179) feet aud nine (9) inches to land formerly ovvued by George Sedgwick, thence easterly along said Sedgwi;k's south line about foity (40) rods to the eectioi line on the east side of State street or Univers ity Avenue, thenco southerly on the sectiou line and on the west side ot State street or Univers ity Avenue one hundred and seventy-nin feet and nine iuches (179 9-12), thouce westerly parallel with the uorth line to the place ot be ginning.
