An aotion againgt a dentist for puiling the wrong teeth carne before a Keene, N. H., oourt, the other day. The plaintiff, Mrs. Alice Lowell being uuavoidably absent by reasou of having died, her interests were representad by her husband, who asserted that his lamented spouse gave the dentist, Dr. I. W. Russell special directions to pull certain teeth, and not to uiolest certain teeth, but he made a clean sweep of one jaw and was rapidly harvesting the erop in the other, when Mrs. Lowell recovered froni the anaesthetic and shut her mouth. The suit was tor $5,000 damages, but the jury, considering that it might have been a mere misunderstanding on the dentist's part, and that the plaintiff was dead, thought $20 about right.
