D. - II I m I - i I m From an article in the last number of tha CJtronicle we learn that the Lecture Association receipts for the late course were $3,774 10 ; the payments for lecturea and concerts, $2,160 00 Beginning the year with nothig (the f 1,031.56 in the hands of Miller fe Webster being just noth ing), the balance on hand is $478.24. The pay ments for entertainment were: Camilla Ureo Troupe and Mrs. Scott Siddons, each $250; Nasi $225 : Auna Dickinson, $175 ;' E. H. Chapin $160 ; Bret Harte, $150 ; Prof. Morse, Dr. Hol land, fm. Parsons, Mrs. Livermore, each $125 and Mrs. Leonowena, $100 The Mendelssohn Troupe (a postscript) was paid $306.75, - eipen ses included, - the Association receiving bu $181 and losiug $125.75; notwithstanding whi: the not proceeds excecd those of any other pre vious course since that of '67-8. But 62 cours tickets were sold.
