World has this estímate of Tilton : " Whetber Mr, Theodore Tilton has old the truth or lied about the relations f hia wife with Mr. Beecher, is of slight onsequence so far as he is concerned, for n either case he stands self-convicted of conduct which must excludo him forever trom the pale of decent society.
