O At a session of the Probate Court for the County of "Waahteaaw, holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the tenth dn of August in the year oe thousand eight huiidred and seveut y-four. Present ïfoah W. Cheerer, Judge of Probate. Iu th matter of the estáte of John Keyer, decease4 keonhard Gruner, Administrator of MM Bitate, come iato Oourt and represents that he is now prepared to render his final account as suoh Administra toi. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the seventh day of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon be assigned for the exarainipp and allowing such account, and that the heirs at law of aaid deceaaed, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a sewsion of said Court, then to be holden at the ProbaU Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cauBe, if any there bet why the saici account should not be allowed : And it is further ardered, that said Administra tor give notiee to the persons intereeted Ín said estáte, of the peudency ot aid account and the hearing thereof, bycausmgaeopf if this order to be published in the Michigan Argur, newspaper, printed and circulating in suid county, ;hree successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
