The Democratie Electora of the several Wards of this city, and all electora opposed to the 1 ruption aud maladmiuistratiou of the present National and State Administrations, are ed to convene in Caucus, OX MONDAT, AUGUST 31st, AT 7:30 P. M., } at the following places, to elect Qelegates to the County Convention to be held on the 3d of September : j lat Ward- at the office of John N. Gott. 2d " -at the office of Tracy W. Boot. 3d ' -at the Court House. 4th " - at Firemen's Hall. 5th " - at the Engine House. 6th _at Cole's (lately McDonald's) Grocery. s The several wards will be entitled to deleKites as follows : First, Second, Third and - Fourth, to six each ; the Fifth and Sixth to four ach.
