At a sesaion of the Probate Court for the county of Waahtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, the fourth day of November, in theyearonethousandeight hundred and seventy-four. Un reading and flling the petition, duly verifled, of Maria Fiwk,widow of said deceaeed, praying thather iloweiy in the estáte of said deceased may be aasigned to her.
