Havana, Nov. 10.- Advices from La Guardea to the 25th uit., received by way of St. Thomas, state that the friends of President Blanco were confident that the rebellion would be suppreRSed within 60 dajrs. The government had already 10,000 men under arms, and f1,000,000 in the treasury to meet the war. Orders have been sent to St Thomas to get the Venezuelan war steamer Bolivar, which is repairing there, ready for sea with all expedition, as she was needed for immediate service against the rebels. The story of the 11 stubborn jurymen who held out so long to the annoyance of the 12th one, who wouldn't compromiso, has been repeated in the political history of Chocolay.
