At u Hossion of the l'robate Court for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the Probute office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, the ninth day of December, in the year one thousaud eight hundred and seventy four. Present, Noah W. Cheever, Judgeof Probate In the matter of the estáte of Cyrus Beckwith, deceaaed. Amarilla H. Beckwith, Executrix of the ■ last will and testament of said deceased, comes into court and representa that she is now prepared to render her final account as such Executrix. Thereupon ït ia ordered, thut Wednesday, the thirteenth day of January next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be asaigned for exumining and allowing such account, and that the devisee, legatees and heirB at law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a seBsiou of said court, tlien to be holden at the Trobate office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and ahow cause, if any there be why the said account should not be aljowed : And it is further ordered that said Executrix give notice to the persons interewted in said estáte, of the pndency of eaid account, and the hearing ■ thereof, by cnuning a copy of this order to be published in thê Michlyan Argus, a newspaper printed and circulatinK iu said county, three successive weeks previous to eaid day of hearing.
