Gauntlett, replevin ; jury trial commenced Plaintift' submitted to a non-suit, with leave to move to set aside during this term of Court. Johaunes Schneider V3. Leonard Wallington, replevin ; jury trial. Verdict for plaiutiff' damages 6 cents. D. Oliphant Church vs. Elijah Chubbach; continued by consent. Alfred W. Hammer vs. James W. Case.; continued by stipulation. Ann Van Cleve vs. The city of Ypsilanti ; continued by stipulation. Jas. F. Seeley vs. John C. Wood and Thomas Wood, for collection of a prommissory note ; jury trial. Verdict for plaintiff, damages $315. Philip Blum, executor of the last will and testament of the estáte of Chas. Marken, deceased, vs. William Marken, suit to recover assets íd hands of defendant ; jury trial. Verdict for plaintiff, damages 153 50. Thos. F. Hill and Chas. A. Chapín vs. F. B_ Hooper ; time to set aside extended to and including first day of next term. Joseph Kuhn vs. Christian Eenz and Albert E. Kerle ; judgment on default, damages f171 70. Leonard Vaughn vs. M. D. Eeynolds and Greo. Tuthill; judgment on default, damages $123 53. Fraugott Schmidt vs. Henry Kirchhoffer; judgment on default, damages $216 68, Christian Mack, et al. vs. Byron E. Porter, et al. ; jury trial commenced. Case settled without costs to either party. Susan M. Gay vs. Thomas Waiu ; assumpsit ; jury trial. Verdict, no causo of action.
