At a sesaion of the Probate Court for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the fourteenth day of December, in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy four. Present, Noah W. Cheever, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Richard Flannery, deceaeed. On reading and flling the petition, duly veritied, of Mary Flannery, praying that an Admi nis trator may be appointed on the estáte of said deceased.
