The Centennial Building

Philadelphia papers publish the ground plan of the building for the centennial exhibitiou. It is 1,882 feet in length, and 4.64 feet in breadth, covering over 20 acres of ground. Nearly threefourths of the spuce is allotted to foreign coTmiries, every nation of the earth beiïïg put down for a slice. As it is probable tiiat not onc-twentieth part of this spaoe will ever be needed, the building is wisely designed so that only bo muoh aa ja actuaUy required will be coustruoted,
