The following additional cases have been disposed of by the Circuit Court since our last issue : Benj. P. Crane vs. Thomas Moe and Abram Moe ; judgment on default - dainages $226.79. In the matter of the appeal of Sarah Schermerhorn from the decisión of the Commissioncrs disallowing her claim against the estáte of Frederick Basom, deceased. Jury trial ; verdict for Mrs. Schermerhorn (600. One week allowed appelle in wlnch to move for new trial, and 10 days after notice for new trial is decided to prepare bilí ol execution. Samuel M. Vought vs. John G. Crane ; time extended until first day of next term in which to prepare and file bill of exceptions. The Detroit, Hillsdale & Indiana E. R. Co. vs. Sterling A. Millard, assumpsit. Jury trial ; verdict for plaintiff ÍG6O.07. 20 days were allowed to move for new trial, and to first day of next terra to settle bill of exceptions George Campbell vs. Thomas Kiug; Chancery. Ordered that respondent appear and answer on the 23d day of Feb. next: John Schneider vs. Lennard Wallinsrton. Ordered that defendant have 30 days after close of this terra to file and prepare bill ot exceptions. James L. Mitchell vs. Lucy E. Mitchell et al. Chancery. Dccree of partition granted. Eeferred to Commissioner Lawrence to ascertain situation of premises. N. W. Cheever, Judge of Probate, &c, vs. E. H. Congdon and Cyru Beckwith. Ordered that the time of C. Joslin for filing his brief in this cause be extended 10 days. Sarah L. Moorman vs. George Moorman ; Chancery ; ordered that defendant pay complainant or her solicitor $7& solicitor's fee. Susan M. Gay vs. Thomas Wain. Final judgment ordered for $63.16, costs of suit. William Burnham vs. Jortin Forbes. Ordered that defendaut have 1 11 Jan. lst. to move for a new trial, and if not made by that time the motion to be cousidered overruled. Johu B. Sutherland vs. Rosalia Sutherland ; chancery ; motion for alimony argued and submitted. William Bubbs vs. Allen Dillingham ; time for showing cause why security for costs should not be filed extended 20 days. Chas. Thayer vs. Elijah W. Morgnn;application to set aside Commissioner Ninde's report. Motion overruled, with $10 costs : also motion to ameud answer overruled, with $10 costs.
