NEW ADVERTÍSEMENTS Estáte of Catharine Pidd. OTATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, v ss. At a aession of the Probate Court foi the county of Wanhtenaw, holden at the Probate office, in the city of Ann Arbor, on Tueeday, the twentysixth day of January, in the year one thouaand eight hundred and seventy-tive. Present, Noah W. Cheever, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the eatate of Catharine Pidd, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Rosena Davis, pruyinif that an Administrator may be appointad on the estáte of said deceaeed. Thereupon it ia ordered, that Tuesday, the t wun ty-t hird day of February next, at ten o'clock in the iurtmoon, be assigned for the hearing of naid petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other perneras interoted in said estáte, are required to appear at aession of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there b, why the prayer of the petitioner should nut be granted: And it is further ordered, that said petitioner gire notice to the persons interested in said eatate, nf the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by otiuaing a oopy of this order to be published in the Michigan Argus, a newspaper printed and oirculating in said oounty, three auccessire weeks previous to aaid day of hearing.
