At a aession of the Probate Court foi the county of Wanhtenaw, holden at the Probate office, in the city of Ann Arbor, on Tueeday, the twentysixth day of January, in the year one thouaand eight hundred and seventy-tive. Present, Noah W. Cheever, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the eatate of Catharine Pidd, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Rosena Davis, pruyinif that an Administrator may be appointad on the estáte of said deceaeed.
