- No more Sunday afternoon lectures will be held in University Hall this year. - Prof. Kent dehvered his last lectura to the Senior Law clasa ïuesday morning. - The indications now are that the speeches at Commencemeut will not be abolished. - At a meeting of the Senior class yesterday morning, it was voted to have a Reception next Commencemeut. - The last lecture before the Senior Law class will be delivered by Prof. W. P. Wells next Thursday in the law lecture room. - The long talked of concert to be given by the Sodality and University Glee Clubs will take place uext Weduesday eveniug in University Hall. - The subject of Prof. D'üoge's lecture Sunday afternoon, "That our Responsibüity s Commensurate to our Advantages" was ïandled in a logical manner. - Tuesday, Prof. Church, recently apointed to the posiüon made vacant by the esignation of Prof. E. W. Hilgard, entered upon his duties at the Uuiversity. Ou Monday, while Frank H. Culver was at work in the laboratory, a bottle of sulphuric cid, which he was usiug, exploded and he was severely burned about the hands aud ace. - During the past week a large number of he members of the Junior class in the law and medical departments have left for home. Lecures will close on Thursday next, when the emainder ot the term will be occupied in the nai examiuatiou of the Senior class in the bove departments.
