T. he annual meeting of the Ladies' Librar y Association of thia city was held on Mouday afteruoon laat, April 12th. The following officers were elected : President- Mrs. J. B. Angelí. Vice President- Mrs. A. Ten Brook. Secretary - Mrs. M. L. D'Uoge. Treasurer- Mrs. M. C. Tyler. The uew directora elected (re-elected) for the term of three years are: Mrs. M. C. Tyler Mrs. J. W. Maynard, Miss Porter, Mrs. Angelí, and Mrs. Farraud. Mrs. Jaycox was alao elected to fill the vacancy occasioued by the resignation of Miss Ormsby.
