At a sesaion of the Trobate Court for the ounty of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate office, n the city of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, the tweny-tlrst day of April, in the year one thousand ight hundrd and deventy-five. Present, Noah W. Cheever, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of John G, Miller, deceased. On reading and fíling the petition, duly verified, of Anna G. Miller, praying that a certain instrunent now on file in this Court purporting to be the ast will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to Probate, and that Bhe may be appointd Executrix thereoi.
