At a session of the Probate Court for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the twentysixth day of April, in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy five. Present, Noah W. Cheever, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of George 8, Armstrong, deceaeed. Newton Bheldon, iixecutor of aaid estáte, comes luto court ard represente that he is now prepaied to render his second aooount as such executor. Skc. 1, Be it ordained by the Mayor, Recorder and Aldermen of the City of Ann Arbor, That section three of an ordinance entftled "AnOidinance ttelativeto Pouuds andto Prevent Cattle Runuiug at Large," made and püssed lnCommon Gouncil, June 3, 1861, be aud ia hereby ameuded su as to read as folio ws: Sec. 3. It shall be unlawful for any horse, mare, mule, colt, buil, x, stoei, cm v, oalf, liog, shoat, pig, aheep, gouse or duek, to go at large witliin the limita of the city of Auu Arbor, and it shall be lawful for any person, aud it sliall be the duty of the Marshal aud each of his deputiew of said city, to drive the same to pound or cause the nauw to be so drive n, aud for driving the same to pound as atoresuui tlie Marshal, or any persou so driviug, shall be eutitled to receive two dollars í'ur each hurse, mure, mulé, colt, buil, ox, steer. cow, calí', hog or shoat, aud live cents for each suckiiigpig, sheep, goose or duck.
