At ft session of the Probate Court for the eounty of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate office in the oity of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the tenth day of May, in the year one thousand eight hundred and seveiity ftva. l'reaent, Nuah W. Cheever, Judgeof Probate In the matter of the eetate of Eliza Ferguson, deceased. On readlBgand filing the petition, duly verified, of David Henning praying thaí a certain instrument now on file in thïs Court, purporting to be the laat will and testament of aaid deeeased, may be admitted to probate, and that he may be appointed executor thereof.
