Mortgage öale. DEFATJLT having been made in the conditlon of a mortgage executed by (Jeorge W. Havens and Mary Havens, nis wii'e, to Charles ï. Wilmot, all of the city of Ann Arbor, Michigan, dated the thirteenth day ot April, A. 1). 1870, nnd recorded on the tittli day oi May, A. D. 1870, at two o'clock in the afternottn if that day, in hber 41 of mortgageii, on page 616, upon wliich mortgage tb ere ia elaimed to be due at thu date of this notice the ium of one thounand five hundred and i'orty dollars, and nu suit or proccedings at law haring been instituted to recover the inortuaged debt, or any part thereof : Notiee is therefore hereby given, that on Saturday the tventy-first day of August 1875, at ten o'clock in the forerioou oí' tiaid day, I ehall st-11 at public auction, to the higheat bidder, til tho Bout-h door of the Court Houee in the city of Ann Arbor, the mortgaged premisee, or so much ae will nut infy the amount due on such mortgage and legal costa and charges of such Bale, together witb au attorney fee of twenty-tive dollars, to wit : Lot uumber nve, blork number eleven in Hiscock's nddition to the ei f of Ann Arbor, county of Wahteuaw and Statu of Michigan, except four roda is width otf from the north ttide of said lot.
