-The County Pioneer society held its regular meeting at Saline on Honday. About 200 membars of the society were present, and the usual exercises of readiug papers, &c, took place. The special feature of the meeting was au historical account of the towuship of Saline. Iu this were coutained the biographies of three revolutionary soldiers who were buried in the cemetery at Saline. The exercises were held in the Union School Hall, and when they were fiuished, the ladies ot the village and towuship erved a bountiful dinner iu the basement of the same building, to all who were present. The members that were in attendance trom this section speik inthe highest terms of their entertainment by the citizefls of Saline. The next meeting of the society will be neld in thi city.
