I the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Michigan . lu Bunkruptcy. In the matter of the Toledo, Aun Arbor and Noithern Kailroad Compauy, a bankrupt. Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, the fourteenth day of September next, the undersigned asignee of the Toledo, Ann Arbor and Northern Kailroad Company, a bankrupt, will otter at public sale at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of said day and will sell to the highest bidder at the south front door of the CourtHonse, in the city uf Ann Arbor, in the county of Washtenaw, in said district, all the right, title and interest in me vested, as assignee in bankruptcy of said bankrupt, and all the right, title and interest of said bankrupt, in and to the following property, to wit: Certain promissory notes given in payment of subscriptions to the stock of said company in the sum of about $4,809. Subscriptions to the capital stock of said eompany in the sum of about $20,32!). Certain judgments obtained upon subacriptions as aforesaid in the sum of about $3,500. Certain agreeinents to take stock in said company in the sum of about 86,t02. Outstanding subscriptions to the capital stock of said company in the sum of about $6,082. About thirty-eight miles of the road-bed of said bankrupt, lyiug In the city of Ann Arbor and between .said city of Ann Arbor and the Ohio State line, uear Toledo, which has been separately constructed, with the right of waysecured and incident thereto. About 70,000 railroad ties, sltuated at diflerent points along the line of said road-bed. About 500 cords of soft wood, similarly situated. Certain proinissory notes, whose payment is conditioned upon the placiug of the irou on the said road-bed, in the sum of about $40,000. A lot in the Third Ward in said city of Ann Arbor in said district, known as the Clinton lot valued at $800, and encumbered in the sum of $200. The above mentioued property (possessing its chief value in beiug controlled by a unity of interest in the construction of said road) will be oftered and sold in one parcel as aforesaid. A full and speette schedule of said peosonal property and real estáte may be seen at the law ode of the undersigned, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said district.
