Resolved, That we keenly feel and duly apreciate the great and irretrevable loss which he bar has sustained in the decease of our neud, and see no one among our number to ucceHst'ully and complotely fill the chair that ow stands vacant. ■ Resolved, That we cordially syinpathize with lis family aud relativos on this auddeu aud amentable bereavement, and indulge the cerxüu hope that our friend and brother has only ;epped from this to the eternal life, and that e has gained, though we have lost, at this extiauge of worlds.
