The Tenth Animal Reunión of the 20th iichigau Volanteer Iufantry takes place at iattle Greek on Thursday, Oct. 7tU, 1876. iusiness meeting is called at 2:;0 p. M. The annuul address will he dehvered by Japt. Row, ot' Lansing, in the baptist Church, t 7 o'clock i. M., foüowed by a supyer ser ved y the ladies of the churck aud society iu the ooms bolow. A general invitation ia extended to soldiers f other regiments, and to friemls of deceuaed omrades. Many ot Michigan's most noted soldiers will e present ; also Gov. Bagley and ex-Senator Jhaudler are expected. The executive committee are workmg hard o make this reunión more enjoyable than any ireoeding one. The notices sent out are dunerous, and if by chance any oíd comrade falla ,o receive one, it i& because his addres is not uiown to the committee. The Chicago & Lake Huron Railroad will carry at half-fare rates, and it is expoutei! tlie M. C. R. R. will do the same. Very great skill ia shown in tlie preparation of the performance, and the amusement it aiïords to the audience bordere upon enthusiasm. The scènes are well painted, and couvey a very favorable impressiou of the variecl beauties of the Emerald Isle. The Ruide, Barney, was personated by Mr. W. F. Lawlor, who, in the eyes of the fair colleena, is sarely a " broth of a boy," for he can siug a rollicking song, or a sentimental one too, for that matter, can dance a jig to the liveliest measure, and crack a whip or joke with equal ea8 or grace. Added to this he is a genial, pleasant-faced Individual whose smile is iníectio.i8. Mr. Knul Ames as " Fritz, üur American Frieud," wab irresiatibly amusiug, as "Oíd Bhnk Joe," he was inimitable. Mr. Nash was excellent in his songs and specialties and trequently encored. The yonng ladies, Misses Hayes and Byrues sustained tlieir respective parts well, and by their fine acting and singing added very m.iterially to the successs of tlie exhibition. All should attend who wish to spend a pleasant evening. - St. Louis Times.
