Tbere is no specific rule for guarding againsfc this dangerous disease, but the exerciso of good common senso will do mucb to prevent taking cold. Wet feet, going from a wíum room into the chilly air, laying otï wrappings after a brisk walk in a room insufticiently beatcd, sleeping in a damp or cold bed, or going to bed beforo the body and foet have becomo sufficiently warm, are among the most common methode of exposure.
