Alsoapiece of land commencing at the east end of the above described land, running thence east four feet and two inches (4.2), thence south thirteen feet and nine inches (13.9), thence west four feet and two inches (4.2), thence north along the east line of the foregoing thirteen feet and nine inches (13.9), to the place of beginuing, the last described piece of land extending upwards as high and no higher than the space occupied and covered by the first story of the building standing on the said last mentioned and described premises. Gregory and John V, N Gregory, her husband, of the city of Ann Arbor, in the county of Washtenaw in the State of Michigan, on the fourteenth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seveuty-four, executed a mortgage to Rebecca Henriques, of the city of Ann Arbor,county of Washtenaw, Michigan, to secure the payment of the certain principal and interest raoney therein mentioned, which said mortgage was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in the county of Washtenaw aforesaid, on the Hth day of October A. D. 1874, in liber 51 of mortgages, on page 414. And whereas, default has been made for more than thirty days in the payment of an installment of interest which became due on the 14th day of April, A. D. 1875, by reason whereof and pursuant to the terma of said mortgage.said mortgagee hereby elects that so much ol said principal as remains unpaid with all arrearages of interest thereof shall become due and payable immediately. And whereas, there is claimed tobe due and unpaid on said mortgage at the date of this notice, eleven hundred and twenty dollars for principal and interest, also an attorney's fee of fifty dollars in addition to all other legal costs, should any proceedings be taken to foreclose the same ; and no suit or proceedings having been instituted either in law or equity to recover the same or any part thereof. Notice is therofore hereby given, that on the llth day of Maren, 1876, at two o'clock in the afternoon of said day at the front door of the Court House in the city of Ann Arbor, county aforesaid, (that being the place in which the Circuit Court for said couuty is held), and by yirtue of the power of sale contamed in said mortgage, I shall sell at public auction to the highest bidder, the premises described in said mortgage, to satisfy the amount of principal and interest with the charges of sale and the attorney's fee of flfty dollars, all that certain piece or parcel of land situated in the city of Ann Arhor, county of Washtenaw, and state of Michigan, known, bounded.anddescribed as follows, to wit : Being lot nnmber two (2) in block number eleven (11) Hiscock's addition to the city of Ann Arbor, according to the reeorded plat thereof. Present, Noah W. Cheever, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte oí Michael Quigley, deceased. Adam D. Seyler, Adminïstrator de bonis non with the will annexed of said estáte, comea into court and representa that he ia now prepared to render bis ñnal account aa auch administrator. At a seaaion of the Probate Court for the county of "Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, on Monday the twentyninth day of Novembor, in the year one thousand eight hundred and aeventy-five. Present, Noah W. Cheever, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte oí Robert Hammond, deceased. On reading and fllingtho petition, duly verifled, of Henry A. Hammond, praying that a certain ïnetrument now on file in this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceaaed, may be admitted to Probate, and that said Henry A. Hammond may be appointed executor thereof. Thereupon it is ordered that Monday the twentyseventh day of December next, at ten o'clcok in the forenoon, be assigcïd for th,e hearing of aaii petition, and that the devieeea, leñatees and heira at law of said deceased, and all othei persons mterested in aaid estáte, are required to appear at a session of aaid court, then to be holden at the Probate office, in the city oi Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
