fino Sootch oatmeal in a quartor of a pint of niilk ; add to it a piut of boiling milk ; sweeteii to taste, and stir over the fire for ton minutos ; then put in two ounces of sifted bread cruinbs ; stir uatil the mixture is stiff, thon add ono ounco of shred suot and one or two woll-beaten eggs ; add a little lemon fiavoring or grated nutmeg. Put the pudding into a buttor dish and bake slowly for an hour.
