Mortgage Sale. WHEREA8 Frederick LinSawer, of the township of Lodi, County of Washtenaw, Michigan, on the twenty-eighth aay of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four, executed a mortgage to Henry L. James, of Williamsburgh, Massachusetts, to Be cure i he payment of certain principal and interest, being the purchase money therein mentioned, whieh mortgage was lecorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, aforesaid, on the 19th day of February, A. D. 1874, at 3:50 o'clock p. M. of aaid day, in liber 49 of mortgages, on page 523 ; And whereaa default has been made for more than thirty days in the payment of an instnllment of principal and interest which became dne on the twenty-eighth day of January, A.
