Robiuson, of Lansing, Michigan, to Philip tach, of the city of Ann Arbor, Michigan, bearing ate the twenty-seventh day of April, in the year f our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sevnty-one, and recorded in the office of the Register f Deeds for Washtenaw county, Michigan, on the th day of May, A. D. 1873, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Washtenaw County Michigan, on the 25th day of September, A. D. 1873, at one o'clock v. WHEREAS William Vaneickle, of Salem, in the County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, on the twenty-third day of December, in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventyfour, exeented a mortgage to Olney Hawkins, of the City of Ann Arbor, in saïd county and state, to secure the payment of certain principal and interest money therein mentioned, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for the Oounty of Washtenaw, on the twenty(ourth day of December, A. D. 18T4, in liber 51 of niortgages, on page 280, which said mortgage was assig-ued by the said Olney Hawkins to James (ialick, by written assignment, hearing date the fourtb day of December, A D. 1874, and recorded in the said Register'a Uffi.ce tor the County of Washtenaw on the '24 th day of December, A.
