E. B. Pond : Dear Sir - Au item in your paper to the effact tliat th3 Saline grangers paid $8 10 per ton for piaster, and got a wet, dirty luticle, is false Irom begining to end. Our piaster cost only ïu'.UÜ per ton, and was a first-class article. Piaster in Saline is ouly $7.50 and freight is f 1.00 per ton more than at Anu Arbor. Ploase pub'ish the above and oblige.
