Dnring the week ;hey paught tivu red foxes in the vicinity of ïhompson's Station. One of the 'oxes, Capt. Pointer says, was chased LOO miles, according to a close calcularon made by one of the neighbors, and was so run down at the closo of the one nmdredth mile that one of the hunts men dismounted from lus horse, canght ,he fox by the tail, and only had time to stamp at its head once, whon tho first ïound carne up and ñaished Eeynard.- NashviUe Amerimn.
