Both Housea of the Legislature have been at work for some time on the Judiciary revisión. It seems the Senate have agreed to so much of it,substantially as it come from the House, as abolishes the Court of Chancery and creates a v.ew court with a single judge in each county. The judge is to be elected by the people and to have jurisdiction to the amount of $500, and in certain cases to $1,000.
