Mortgage Sale. DEFAULT having been made in tho conditions of a oertain mortgage made and executed by Bradley F. Granger and Susan A. Granger, lus wile, of the city of Ana Arbor, Michigan, tu Pbiiip Bach, of the same place, bearing date the third day of October, in the year oí our lord one thouaanil eight hundred and seventy tour, and reoorded in the office of the Register of Deeds lor the county of Washtenaw, on the fifth day of October, A. I). 1874, at uve minutes past four o'clock p. m., in liber 46 of mortgagen, on page 603, on which mortgage there is now clainied to be due two iustallments of interest, aniounting to the sum of one hundred and forty dollars, together with an attorney's ítíe of twenty-üve dollars, should any proceedings be taken to foreclose the same , and default having been also made in the conditiona of another certain mortgage, made nnd executed by the above named Bradley F. Granger and Siman A. Granger to the said Philip Baeh, bearing date the twonty-sixth day of October, in the year of' our Lord one thousand eight hundred and aeventytour, and recorded in the office of ihe Kegisttr of Deeds for the County of Washtenaw on the 27th day of Octsber, 1874, at ]4 oclock a. m., in liber 46 of mortgages on page 674, on whieh mortgage there is claimed to be due, at the date of this notice, two installments of interest amounting to sixty dollars, together with an attorney's fee of twenty-five dollars, should auy proceedings be taken to foreclose the same, and no proceedinge at law or iu equity having been taken to recover the amount due on either of öaid mortgages or any partthereof: Notioe is therefore hereby given, Ihat by virtue of the power of sale in said mortgages conlained and pumuint to the statute in auch case made and provided, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, on üaturday, the twentikth day of Januaky next at the south door of thötCourt House in the city of Ann Arbor (that being the building in which the Circuit Court for the connty of Washteuaw is held), the premises described in said mortgages to satisfy the amount due thereon, (two hundred dollars and flfty dollars attorney's fee), with costs and expenses of sale to-wit : AU that certain piece or parcel of land being situated in the city of Ann Arbor, County of Washteuaw and State of Michigan known and described as follows, to-wit: Lot Ko. 4 and the west one-fourth of lot No. 3, in block one south of Huron street range two east, according to the recorded plat of the village (now city) of Ann Arbor.
