At a special meoting ol the St. Lawrenoe Beuevoleut Society, ot Aun Arbor, held at their rooms Nov. 12th, the following preamble and resolutions were uuanimously adopted : Wheeeas, It has pleased the supreine will of a divine ProviĆ¼euce to sunimon from our midst our worthy and beloved brother, Joaeph Kiley, Therefore be it Resolved, That while yielding with meek submission to the will of Almighty God, we deeply mourn his death, as we have lost not only a good member, but a kind and faithiul irieiid, and one whom we shall miss at our meetings in the future. Resolved , That we deeply sympathize with the family of our deceased brother, and tender them our heartfelt sympathy and condolence in this their dark hour of trouble and afflictionn Resolved, That a copy of these resolutions be entered on the books of the Society, and a copy presente d to the relutives of the deceased, and that they be published in the city papers.
