The State Liberty Commillec have commeneed a Campaign paper, callecl the "Democratie Standard and Whig of '76." It contains valuable articlcs. In au c.position of their views, the Committce affirm, - "Liberty principies are just as capnble of bcing applied to other questions oí' general interest as to the question of slavcry; and will be so applied in due time, purgingout of our policy, whether in relation lo trade or currency, or any other matter, whatevcr in it i.s inconsistent with eqiud and exact justice lo all men."
