It names as contributors to the the Agricultural Department, Prof. Garfield and Prof. Cook, of the Agricultural College, and Hon, C. K. Carpeuter, of Oaklaud Co. Mrs. J. P. Worstell, of New York is a regular and valuable contributor to the Household Department. A uew serial story by " Elzey Hay," a popular Southern novelist has just been commenced. Special attention is paid to the State News Department, anc the Local News Department and íb alwaya full and always enlivened by " M.
