At a seesion of the Probate Court for th Oountyof Washtenaw, holden at the Probate of fice, in the city of Ann Arbor, on Friday, th twenty-third day of March, in the year on thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven. Present, William D. Hamman, Judge of Pro ba e. In the matter of the estáte of William H Johnson, deceased.. On reading and flling the petition, duly verifled of Richard ö. Whalian, praying thathe oroi some other suitable person, may be appoioted admin istrator of the estáte of said deceased.
