A striking instnncc of sagacity ín lobster is recorded by Mr. Baikor, of th Rothesay Aquarium, in a letter to one c the Scotch papers. It seeins that tlirc lobsters were placed in a tauk previousl occupied by flat fish, and in whicb, it advertently, a flounder liad beeu ]el buried in the shingle, where it (li One of the lobsters, " a veteran of nj usual size," soon discovered the dea body of the flounder, and, ilr;igging j from its resting place, retircd with it i a córner of the tank.
